Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and login activity. Business data you provide: your business profile — services, audiences, credentials, brand details, stories you choose to share — used to generate your campaigns. Campaign data: the content generated for you, your edits, approvals, and ratings (your edits teach the system your preferences — that learning stays in your account). Leads: when someone submits a form on a landing page we host for you, we collect what they enter (name, contact details, answers) on your behalf — you are the owner of that lead relationship; we are the processor. Payments: handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our systems. Connected accounts: if you connect Facebook or Instagram we store the tokens needed to publish what you approve and read your posts’ performance. If you connect Google for the morning brief, we access your calendar and inbox summaries transiently to compose each brief — that provider data is composed, delivered, and discarded; we do not store your email or calendar contents at rest.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: generate and improve your campaigns, host your landing pages, deliver requested materials to your leads, publish content you approve, send you transactional email (welcome, billing, your daily brief), and keep the platform secure. Generation uses AI providers (Anthropic; Google for optional images) — your inputs are sent to them to produce your content and are governed by our agreements with them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one customer’s business data to build another customer’s content.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Anthropic and Google (content and image generation), and Meta (publishing to accounts you connected). Each receives only what its function requires. We disclose information if legally required. There is no advertising or data brokerage of any kind.

4. If you submitted a form on a customer’s page

Landing pages that say “Powered by Valescale” belong to the business named on the page. Your submission goes to that business; we process and deliver it for them. Emails they send you through Valescale include an opt-out — reply STOP, or contact the business directly. To reach us about data on such a page: hello@valescale.com.

5. Retention, security, and your choices

We keep account and campaign data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on verified request, except records we must keep (like billing history). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with access controls separating each customer’s data. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including rights under the CCPA and similar state laws — by emailing hello@valescale.com. The Service is for businesses and not directed to children under 13.
